As Harker struggles to escape from the castle, he encounters
a number of strange and frightening creatures, including three brides of
Dracula who feed on the blood of their victims. Despite his valiant efforts,
Harker eventually falls under Dracula’s control and is left to recover in a
convent in Hungary.
Back in England, Harker’s fiancé Mina is growing
increasingly worried about his safety and begins to investigate his
disappearance. She teams up with her best friend Lucy, who has recently become
engaged to Dr. John Seward, the manager of a mental institution. Together, they
seek out the help of Van Helsing, a renowned vampire hunter, to help them
rescue Harker and stop the spread of Dracula’s evil.
As Van Helsing, Mina, and Lucy begin their pursuit, they
discover that Lucy has been bitten by Dracula and is slowly being transformed
into one of his brides. Van Helsing realizes that the only way to stop her from
becoming a full-fledged vampire is to perform a risky operation to remove the
blood from her body.
Despite their best efforts, Lucy ultimately succumbs to the
vampire curse and turns into one of Dracula’s brides. Enraged, Van Helsing and
the others track down Dracula and confront him in his castle in Transylvania.
In a fierce battle, they ultimately defeat the evil vampire and send him back
to the underworld.
With the threat of Dracula finally vanquished, Mina and
Harker can finally be reunited and live a happy life together, free from the
fear of the evil vampire. The story ends with Van Helsing reflecting on the
events that have transpired and the lessons that can be learned from the
bravery and determination of Mina, Harker, and Lucy in the face of such evil.
